Please allow a +/- 0.5" variation for length & width and +/- 10% variation in density.
Engrave settings tested on a 90W laser: Speed 375/35% Power - Air assist off
DISCLAIMER: Due to the manufacturing process, there may be some colour bleed on the backside of the sheet and this is not considered a defect. While some minor marks may be visible on the anterior part of the sheet, they should not be very noticeable. Please contact us if you observe the sheet has obvious marks on it.

Glowforge Settings Recommendation
Suggested settings for 3 mm (1/8") thick acrylic:
To CUT: Power - FULL; Speed - 160
To ENGRAVE: Power - FULL; Speed - 1000
We recommend testing a small patch as each machine may perform differently. Settings should be adjusted accordingly if the patch test is not successful.
Please note that some acrylic settings (i.e. for glitters and marbles) might need to be adjusted by increasing power and slowing speed as they may be slightly thicker.

To avoid warping, store acrylic at no more than a 10 degree angle standing or lay flat with smaller pieces on top.
